Delivery and Return Policy

If you have placed your order with Salestech online, read our information about delivery below.

1. How will my order be shipped?

In most cases your order will be shipped via Toll Priority or TNT. To ensure your goods arrive safe and sound all packages have a tracking number on them and a signature must be provided at the time of delivery by anyone at the delivery address. Should no one be at the delivery address, a calling card will be left, and a redelivery will me attempted. After numerous delivery attempts it becomes the responsibility of the purchaser to collection the goods from the local freight depot.

2. Do I need insurance?

Your shipment is covered by our policy. While we will do our very best to ensure your goods arrive safely and securely, accidents can occur. This insurance covers your order for loss or damage during the shipping process from us to you. For items that are lost or damaged during transit, we will fix or replace them for you. Any insurance claims must be emailed to us no later than 7 days from receipt of goods.

3. How long does delivery take?

Orders are shipped from our Auckland warehouse. Depending on your location and the size/weight of the product you have ordered - shipping will be done through Toll Priority or TNT. Once it leaves our warehouse Toll Priority can take between 1 - 5 business days & TNT can take between 1 - 10 business days to deliver your order. We always chose the service with the quickest delivery time where possible.

4. Can my order be sent faster?

5. How can I track my order?

 Alternatively, you can log into your account and select "Order History". From here you will be able to see all your previous orders, the tracking information can be viewed by clicking on the tracking number.

6. When will my order be delivered?

Orders will generally be delivered between the hours of 8:30am and 5:30pm, Monday - Friday (excluding Public Holidays). Due to the nature of the service, we are not able to provide set times during the day that your order will be delivered. Unfortunately, either freight company or contractors are not able to contact you before making a delivery.
